My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location was superb, right in the center of all the main attractions, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms, although clean and with a nice view of Waterloo Place, felt a bit cramped. The service was fantastic, with helpful and friendly staff making me feel welcome. However, the dining options were limited and could be improved for a better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy with unbeatable views, and the staff was incredibly kind, even allowing us an early check-in to avoid lugging luggage around Edinburgh streets. The king-size beds were great, but the edges of the mattresses were quite hard for some reason. The service was outstanding, from helpful and friendly staff who offered to move us to a quieter floor to providing local tips and keeping our luggage on our departure day.
